Matics International Education is an education provider and a partner for digitalisation in social services and care. We stand for integration and internationalisation – and for developing educational and social work further with new tools and clear processes.

What we bring

Target group and practice

Migrants, refugees, children and young people with fewer opportunities – we have worked with them for years. We were one of the few providers allowed to teach directly inside Berlin's refugee shelters. We know what works in practice and what only works on paper.

Initiative

We have started projects ourselves: courses in shelters, information days in the participants' own languages, project initiations for childcare centres. And we have supported providers in setting up and digitalising their facilities – from concept to implementation.

Quality and processes

Project coordination, quality assurance, reporting – with methods we are certified in (TÜV Quality Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master) and our own quality management system, which we built and ran as an approved education provider. In partnerships we take on coordination, quality assurance and documentation.

Care and digital

We know social and health services from training their staff and from their day-to-day processes. From this we develop digital tools – and bring into education projects how to teach AI in an understandable, responsible way.

How we work

We go where we are needed.

Courses in shelters, information days in Arabic, projects nobody was responsible for: think conceptually, implement practically, find new ways – that has been our pattern since 2015.

Matics is registered in the Erasmus+ programme (OID E10435915) and submitted its first own application in 2026 – as coordinator of a partnership with organisations from three countries.
