Four fields that belong together: practice, initiative, structure, digital.
Migrants, refugees, children and young people with fewer opportunities – we have worked with them for years. We were one of the few providers allowed to teach directly inside Berlin's refugee shelters. We know what works in practice and what only works on paper.
We have started projects ourselves: courses in shelters, information days in the participants' own languages, project initiations for childcare centres. And we have supported providers in setting up and digitalising their facilities – from concept to implementation.
Project coordination, quality assurance, reporting – with methods we are certified in (TÜV Quality Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master) and our own quality management system, which we built and ran as an approved education provider. In partnerships we take on coordination, quality assurance and documentation.
We know social and health services from training their staff and from their day-to-day processes. From this we develop digital tools – and bring into education projects how to teach AI in an understandable, responsible way.
