Digitalisation for social services

Childcare centres, care services, providers: staff are getting scarcer, administration keeps growing. We help put processes in order – and build tools that give time back.

01

Where we come from

As an education provider we trained care workers and early-years educators and supported providers in setting up facilities. That is how you get to know the inside of the sector: documentation duties, billing with insurers and authorities, funding logic, staff shortages. Added to this is a background in quality management – methods we are certified in (TÜV Quality Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master) that rarely reach social services.

02

What we have done for organisations

02.1
Childcare centres, BerlinInitiated projects for providers and supported facilities during set-up. Driven digitalisation and process optimisation in existing centres: mapped workflows, simplified documentation, relieved administration. References: Europa-Kita (Berlin) – support with project initiation and digitalisation; Elif & Emil (childcare centre, Berlin) – support with project initiation and digitalisation.
02.2
Qualification for care and early-years professionsDeveloped and delivered courses that brought participants into practice – with what is needed there, not just what the curriculum says.

03

What we are working on

03.1
Pflege-NavigatorMultilingual, AI-supported tool that helps professionals and relatives understand care entitlements: what you are entitled to, where to apply, what evidence is needed. In development, together with technology partner maxQ.solutions.
03.2
CarePilotProcess support for home care services: planning, documentation and billing in one flow, with AI where it takes over routine work. Concept phase.

04
